Overview

For large orders containing 50 or more units of the same SKU, we offer custom shipping quotations that may provide more favorable rates than our standard shipping options.

How to Request a Bulk Shipping Quote

Required Information

To provide an accurate shipping quote for your bulk order, please provide:

  1. Account Email - The email associated with your teelaunch account

  2. Order ID or Reference Number - For tracking purposes

  3. SKU and Quantity - Specific product SKU and the total quantity (minimum 50 units of the same SKU)

  4. Recipient's Information - Complete shipping address including zipcode, as shipping rates are calculated based on destination

Timeline

  • Shipping quotations typically take 3-5 business days to process

  • We strongly recommend requesting a quote before placing your order

Process

  1. Submit your request with all required information to our support team at Customerservice@teelaunch.com

  2. Our logistics team will evaluate your order and determine the most cost-effective shipping method

  3. You'll receive a custom quote within 3-5 business days

  4. If you accept the quote, we'll provide instructions on how to proceed with your order
