How do I set a daily charge limit?

We wanted to share a helpful tip about managing your budget with our daily charge limit feature.

It's like having your own financial bodyguard!

How to set the daily charge limit:

Head over to the accounts tab, then click on settings. Scroll down and you'll find it right there!

Here's how it works:

You set a daily spending cap (let's say $200)
Our system makes sure you never get charged more than that amount in a single day

Let us walk you through an example:

You set your daily limit to $200
A bunch of orders come in totaling $300
Our system will only charge your payment method $200 that day
The remaining $100 worth of orders will hang out in "pending" status
The next day, when your limit resets, those pending orders will process

One quick heads-up: If you receive a single order that costs more than your daily limit, it will stay in pending until you either:

  1. Increase your daily limit, or
  2. Wait for enough days to pass that the accumulated limit covers the order
This feature is perfect for keeping your cash flow smooth and avoiding any surprise charges!

Need help setting this up or have any questions? Just give us a shout.
