Our apparel products are printed using a process called Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing.
Here's how the process works:
- The garment is pre-treated (when required) to help the inks bond to the fabric.
- Specialized DTG inks are printed directly onto the garment.
- The printed garment is heat-cured to set the inks and ensure durability.
Because the ink is absorbed into the fabric, DTG printing produces a soft feel while allowing for high-quality, full-color designs. It is ideal for detailed artwork, photographs, and designs with multiple colors.
