Our fleece blankets are printed using a process called dye sublimation. During sublimation, special inks are transferred into the fabric using heat and pressure. The ink becomes part of the material itself rather than sitting on top of the fabric, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting prints that won't crack, peel, or fade under normal use.

Design Tips:

• Extend backgrounds and colors through the entire bleed area of the template to avoid unwanted white edges.
• Keep important design elements within the safe zone to ensure they appear on the final product.

Because fleece has a soft, textured surface, colors may appear slightly less vibrant than they would on a hard surface product, but the result is a cozy, high-quality blanket with a durable, professionally printed design.
