We have had some sellers notify us that when customer's are trying to place an order they receive the error below:

This error occurs when the seller has not yet setup shipping rates for the customer's shipping zone.


It is important that you input a shipping rate for every shipping zone that your potential customer's may be ordering from.

Additionally we would also like to recommend that you set your default location as able to fulfill, since teelaunch does not use an app location like some other companies, we utilitize your default location instead.


You can find this option in the shopify location settings and clicking on the default location:
