If you are having issues with application freezing up or not saving your account settings such as: 


Account remaining Inactive, Payment information, or creating products.


We suggest that you try clearing your cache and restarting. If that does not work we recommend trying a different browser. We have seen many users have success in using an updated Firefox web browser.


If you encountering issues where your payment information is not saving:


First, Do the steps above.


Second, Enter in all of your account info, but save your payment and then go back in and enter in your payment.
