Is your vendor set to teelaunch?

The most common reason for this is if you change the vendor from "teelaunch". The vendor must stay set as “teelaunch” for the app to know which products to automatically process.

Have you checked your daily charge limit?

By default the daily charge limit is set to be unlimited but you can set it to whatever you want. So if your order costs more than the daily charge limit than it won't be processed. You can find your daily charge limit on the teelaunch account page.
