Whoops! We’ve all been there. Your customer wants to change how many shirts they are ordering, update a size or cancel the order all together. No worries, we have you covered.
You can go to your teelaunch dashboard and then the orders tab. Select the order that is still pending and then scroll to the bottom and cancel the order. The order can now be resubmitted by placing a manual draft order.
If you need to update the shipping or order details please email email@example.com and give them:
- Name and email on the order.
- Order number.
- The changes that need to be made. (Please keep in mind we can not change the graphic, color or style on the order. This will require you to make a draft order to replace the current order).
It is important that you act swiftly however, because some of our print facilities do not allow us to change or cancel an order once it has been placed with them.
If for some reason you the order shows as in production, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you take care of it.
Please note when you cancel or update an order in Shopify it does NOT update to our end.
