Sellers are able to enter their own Company Address to be displayed on the return label if they wish to handle their own returns. This option is available in your app settings on the account tab. Please review your app settings to confirm the address you entered is what you would like printed on your shipping label.
**Note: Some of our international facilities and specialty facilities do not offer white label. This means our Fulfillment Center address will show.

If a package is returned to teelaunch, for whatever reason including being undeliverable, it will be donated upon receipt. We do not contact you if your customer returns a package for any reason.
Your customers should never ship their decorated orders back to us for any reason. It is very important that you explain this in your store's Return Policy. Any arrangements for returns, or exchanges, consistent to your posted policies on your websites, need to be handled between the buyer and the seller.
