Why Was My Order Split Into Multiple Shipments?

If your customer received only part of their order, don't worry—the remaining items may still be on their way.

Some orders are fulfilled in multiple shipments, which means products may arrive separately and at different times.

Why Does This Happen?

Different Products Are Produced in Different Facilities

Teelaunch offers a wide variety of products, and not all products are manufactured in the same location.

If an order contains multiple product types, those items may be produced and shipped from different facilities.

Different Production Timelines

Some products require additional production time due to manufacturing processes, personalization, or product availability.

To avoid delaying the entire order, available items may ship first.

Inventory and Fulfillment Optimization

In certain cases, splitting an order allows products to reach the customer faster than waiting for all items to be completed together.

Will My Customer Receive Multiple Tracking Numbers?

Yes. Each shipment may have its own tracking number.

As additional items ship, tracking information will become available for those packages.

Have I Been Charged Extra Shipping?

Shipping charges are determined at checkout. Receiving multiple packages does not necessarily mean additional shipping charges were applied after the order was placed.

What Should I Do If Part of My Order Is Missing?

Before contacting support, please:

  1. Review all tracking numbers associated with the order.
  2. Allow time for remaining items to complete production and ship.
