Here is a clear up of how we handle exchanges and returns
  • Because we create custom, one-of-a-kind pieces just for your customers, we don't accept returns or exchanges directly
  • Each item is made specifically for that order - we don't keep printed inventory on our shelves

For size, color, or design exchanges:

  • As the store owner, you'll need to handle these directly with your customer
  • We recommend asking your customer to send the item back to you
  • This way, you can repurpose it for future use or store display

Once you receive the item back from your customer, you can:

  • Place a manual order for the new size/color/design they want
  • Keep the returned item for your inventory or display
