What if the customer doesn't like the product?


We cannot refund an order just because the customer does not like what they received. Each item is made to order specifically for your customer. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product). However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to replace or refund it. We want you to love what you receive, and we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue with quality or fulfillment.
