What if I need to change the customer's address?
It is simple, but there are a couple of different
paths depending on where your order is in its journey:
If your order is still chilling in
"Pending" or "On Hold" status:

Great news! You can update
the shipping address yourself right in the teelaunch app

It's quick and easy - no
need to wait for anyone else!
If your order has already moved to "In
Production" status:

You'll need to reach out to
our customer service team at customerservice@teelaunch.com
or via live chat.
·
Please include:
o Order ID
o The shipping name
o The updated address you'd like to use
One small heads-up:
Since some of our products are
printed at different facilities (we try to use the one closest to the shipping
address), we can't always guarantee address changes once production has
started.
We'll definitely try our best, though!
