What Can I Edit on an Order in Pending or Pending Approval Status?

Orders that are in Pending or Pending Approval status can still be modified before they are released to production. This gives you the flexibility to make changes without needing to place a new order.

What changes can I make?

Edit the Shipping Address

Need to correct a typo or update a customer's delivery information? You can edit the shipping address directly from the order details page while the order remains in Pending or Pending Approval status.

Edit the Billing Address

You can also update the billing address if needed before the order is released.

Remove Products from an Order

If a customer no longer wants an item, you can delete individual products from the order without canceling the entire order.

Change the Print File

Uploaded the wrong artwork or need to make a last-minute design update? Simply click Change under the Art Files section to upload a new print file.

Change the Linked Product

You can swap the product linked to an order item if you need to update the style, color, size, or replace it with a different Teelaunch product.

Cancel the Order

If the order should not be fulfilled, you can cancel it directly from the order page before it enters production.

Place the Order on Hold

Need additional time to review artwork or confirm customer details? You can place the order on hold to prevent it from moving into production until you're ready.


Important Note

Once an order has been released to production, many of these changes may no longer be available. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before releasing the order.
