Do you offer price matching?

Yes! We offer price matching on District Photo products only.

If you find a lower advertised price for the same product from another print-on-demand provider, we'll review it and, if approved, match the product price.

What qualifies for price matching?

To be eligible, the product must:

• Be fulfilled by District Photo.
• Be the same product, size, material, and print method.
• Be currently available from the competitor.
• Have publicly available pricing that can be verified.

What is not eligible?

Price matching does not apply to:

• Products fulfilled by vendors other than District Photo.
• Shipping costs.
• Promotional, clearance, or limited-time sale prices.
• Volume discounts or negotiated pricing.
• Marketplace coupons or special offers.

How do I request a price match?

Please contact our support team and include:

• The Teelaunch SKU or product name.
• A link to the competitor's product.
• The competitor's advertised price.

We'll review the request and let you know if the product qualifies for a price match.
