Use a PNG if:

• Your design has a transparent background.
• You want the highest image quality with minimal compression.
• Your artwork includes logos, text, or graphics with sharp edges.
• You're printing on colored products and don't want a white background around your design.

Use a JPG if:

• Your design is a full-coverage photograph with no transparency.
• File size is a concern.
• Your image has already been professionally saved as a high-quality JPG.

Best Practices

• Export your artwork at 300 DPI whenever possible.
• Use the print dimensions recommended for the product you're creating.
• Avoid uploading screenshots or low-resolution images, as they may print blurry or pixelated.
• If using a JPG, save it at the highest quality setting to minimize compression artifacts.
