What happens if the tracking says its delivered, but the customer claims it isn't?
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for non-receipt. If you believe your order was stolen or delivered to the wrong address, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We’re happy to assist by providing tracking details and any information needed to support your claim. In some cases, the package may arrive within a few days after being marked delivered, so we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
