What happens if the tracking says its delivered, but the customer claims it isn't?
My tracking says "Delivered," but my customer can't find the package. What should they do?
If a package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Check around the delivery location, including porches, side doors, garages, and mailrooms.
- Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
- Contact your local post office or shipping carrier, as they may have additional delivery details or GPS scan information.
- Wait 2–3 business days, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before the final delivery is completed.
Can Teelaunch refund or replace a delivered order?
Unfortunately, no. Once a shipping carrier marks an order as Delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for claims of non-receipt. Since the carrier has confirmed successful delivery, we have no way to verify whether the package was lost after delivery, stolen, or misplaced.
What if the package was stolen or delivered to the wrong address?
If you believe the package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. They can investigate the delivery and provide additional information, including GPS delivery data when available.
Will Teelaunch help with the claim?
Absolutely. While we cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered, we're happy to provide tracking information and any order details needed to help support your claim with the shipping carrier.

To reduce the risk of delivery problems:
- Verify the shipping address before placing the order.
