How does additional shipping cost work?

Our shipping rates are based on product type and fulfillment location.

When Does the Additional Shipping Rate Apply?

The additional shipping rate applies only when multiple items of the same product type are shipped together.

For example:

  • ✔️ 3 mugs = You pay the full shipping price for the first mug, and the lower additional item shipping rate for each additional mug.
  • ✔️ 4 t-shirts = You pay the full shipping price for the first shirt, and the additional item shipping rate for each extra shirt.

What If My Order Contains Different Product Types?

If an order contains different product types, each product type is charged its own base shipping rate.

For example, if a customer orders:

  • 1 T-shirt
  • 1 Mug
  • 1 Poster

Each item will be charged its own shipping cost because they are produced on different production lines and are typically shipped separately from different fulfillment facilities.

Why Does This Happen?

Many of our products are manufactured by different print partners using specialized equipment. Because of this, items such as apparel, mugs, posters, blankets, and home décor often cannot be packaged together and must ship separately.
