This is the simplest option and is commonly used by stores that offer flat-rate or free shipping.

With this setup, all products that are not assigned to another shipping profile will use the rates in your general shipping profile. Many merchants use this as their only shipping setup because it requires very little maintenance.

If you use general shipping rules, make sure both teelaunch and teelaunch warehouse locations are included in the shipping profile. Products created in different versions of the app may be assigned to different locations, so including both ensures all products are covered.

2. Custom Shipping Profiles

Shopify allows you to create your own shipping profiles and set rates based on specific products, locations, or destinations.

If you choose this option, you'll need to:

• Ensure both teelaunch and teelaunch warehouse locations are included in the profile.
• Manually assign products to the appropriate shipping profile.
• Configure your desired shipping rates within Shopify.

This option provides the most flexibility if you want different shipping rates for different product categories or destinations.

3. Teelaunch Shipping Rules

Teelaunch can automatically create shipping profiles and rates for supported products.

When you create or import a Teelaunch product, it is automatically added to the corresponding Teelaunch shipping profile. This allows Shopify to calculate shipping based on Teelaunch's predefined rates.

If shipping charges don't appear as expected, check which shipping profile the product has been assigned to. You can:

• Remove the product from the Teelaunch shipping profile to have it fall back to your general shipping profile.
• Move the product into one of your own custom shipping profiles if you prefer to manage rates yourself.

Which option should I choose?

• General Shipping Rules: Best for free shipping or flat-rate shipping stores.
• Custom Shipping Profiles: Best if you want full control over rates by product or destination.
• Teelaunch Shipping Rules: Best if you want Shopify to use Teelaunch's predefined shipping rates automatically.
