Why did my transaction fail?
Don't worry. It happens sometimes. Transactions can fail for several reasons, but only your credit card issuer or financial institution can confirm the specific reason, so your best bet is to get in touch with them.
These are the usual culprits for credit cards:
- Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
- Insufficient funds
- If you do not have the funds available in your available balance in Paypal.
Make sure your card information is correct. You can view your card details in the teelaunch app under the account tab.
Once the payment information has been updated please email us with your store name (storename.myshopify.com) and we can push the orders through or these orders will automatically be retried in the next batch.
